Terms of Service

By placing an order with All Set Meal Prep, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment All orders must be placed by Sunday at 6PM to be included in that week's Thursday delivery. Payment is collected at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to availability or delivery area constraints.

Delivery We currently deliver to Griffin, GA and surrounding areas every Thursday between 11AM–3PM. A flat delivery fee of $5.99 applies. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your order. All Set Meal Prep is not liable for meals left unattended after delivery.

Food Safety Our meals are prepared fresh and labeled with a consume-by date. Please eat your meals on or before the date listed on the label. If you don't think you'll get to them in time, freeze them. When ready to eat, move them to the fridge the night before to thaw, then heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes and enjoy. All Set Meal Prep is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

Refunds All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on food products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
